Founded in 1893, the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park is an AZA accredited institution. See hundreds of rare and exotic birds, mammals, reptiles, and all 23 species of crocodilians. Visit Maximo, our giant crocodile from Australia and our newest exhibit, Giant Birds of Africa. Wildlife shows every hour 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.

Built in 1672 of coquina (a local shell-rock formation), the Castillo is the last of nine successive fort structures which have existed since the city's founding in 1565.

Florida Heritage Museum.
This museum is a real educational experience. Walk through a realistic replica of a Timucuan Indian Village. Visit a sunken treasure exhibit. Visually explore a miniature version of Henry Flagler's
Florida East Coast Railroad as it travels from Jacksonville to Key West via Ormond Beach, Palm Beach, Miami and Marathon Key -- al in the space of less than 40 ft. With "hands on" displays, the Florida Heritage Museum is a must see for all ages.

Fountain of Youth.
A National Archeological Park. April 3, 1513, Ponce De Leon discovers the fabled Fountain of Youth. Historical Sight Seeing Tours.

The Old Jail.
The Old Jail is built on land purchased by Henry Flagler for the purpose of moving the County Jail from
the prestigious neighborhood of his Ponce de Leon Hotel and Grace Methodist Church. Built in 1890 - 1891 in the Victorian Queen Anne style with living quarters for the sheriff and his family. Collections of weapons used in crimes are part of this educational experience for the whole family.
